My favorite form of entertainment is watching Ultimate Championship Fighting (UFC) events along with other Mixed Martial Arts organizations such as Strikeforce, Dream, WEC and just about anything else I can catch on HDNet. As you are probably well aware, the UFC is currently the top dog amongst the MMA organizations, but some of the best fighters, i.e. Fedor Emelianenko, fight outside the UFC.
