The last two weeks, I’ve showed you the top 10 free downloaded BlackBerry Apps, per BlackBerry App World. I’ve enjoyed sharing these listings so much, that I’ve decided to continue this weekly listing going, as long as reader interest continue. Let’s take a look at the current Top 10 BlackBerry Apps, as of August 29th, 2009. I’ve included both the description and ratings from BlackBerry App World.
One thing I want to point out! Be sure to check that the Apps you’ve previously installed has the latest upgrades. Unless look at your Apps, it’s difficult to tell when an upgrade is available. I’ll now be including the version next to each BlackBerry App.
To download these apps, you must first install BlackBerry App World onto your BlackBerry. Visit BlackBerry App World from your PC and enter your e-mail address to have the download link e-mailed to you or visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/download from your BlackBerry Browser. Once you’ve download BlackBerry App World, you’ll have the ability to download Free or Pay Apps from their collection of 1300+ BlackBerry Apps.

From last week’s listing, we have 4 new BlackBerry Apps, including Poynt, which blasted it’s way to number 2! Pandora once again tops the charts and is the number 1 overall BlackBerry App for back-to-back weeks. Of the Apps listed, I personally use 9 out of the 10. The App I choose not to use is XENOZU YouTube Player, since I don’t believe it’s an improvement over the standard YouTube BlackBerry App. Do you have any favorites that you feel should be included in the top 1o?
