I wanted to use this entry to list some of the best bargain sites. One of the greatest feelings we can have is knowing we just saved big bucks on a purchase. Saving money can enhance your satisfaction level, while lowering your stress factor.
DealNews - I’ve covered DealNews a few times before, but had to list it first within this listing. It’s my favorite overall site for saving money and finding the best deals. I’ve personally used DealNews on a dozen or so occasions and have saved some big bucks. Each deal provides a hotness rating, voted upon by readers.
DealsPlus – DealsPlus is an online social shopping community developed by its users. You can find bargains on a variety of items. The top deals, decided on by members, are placed on the front page.
ThinkGeek – Stuff for Smart Masses – This site is more of a creative gift site, than a site full of deals. It’s a site full of gifts for the geeks and fans of the internet and technology.
SlickDeals - SlickDeals updates their deals pretty frequently. They find deals from around the web and display the hottest deals each day. They also have over 800 coupons for online stores.
RetailMeNot - RetailMeNot is an easy way to find online coupon codes. They provide coupon codes for 20,000 online stores. You can use the codes on the checkout pages to get discounts.
Woot : One Day, One Deal – Woot is an online store and community that sells stuff cheap. They feature one great deal each day.
TechBargains – TechBargains is a site for saving money on tech

what happened to the other one?
Not sure if you are referring to the short “Bargain Sites” entry I posted last month or the “Dealnews” entry. I have both posts listed at the bottom in the “Related Posts” section.
Is that what you were referring to?
Gotta check DealRocker too. It has over two million product offers from about 2,000 merchants. DealRocker.com offers the best combination of deals and coupons at one place. The deals and free coupons are updated regularly and span a wide range of product categories to address a variety of shopping needs.
It Rocks !!!!
Thanks Crow, I’ll check it out.
I just saved a bunch of money with DealNews, again. I was looking for a new XM receiver for my vehicle. Best Buy wanted $120 for the one I liked. I used a couple of these sites and found a link from DealNews for $70 with a $50 mail-in rebate, so it will cost me $20 in the end.
