I have stumbled upon an invaluable site, Teacher Training Videos, which provides free high quality videos that show you step-by-step how to use various tools such as RSS, Audacity, iTunes, Blackboard, Photoshop, Powerpoint, etc. There are also tutorials such as Downloading from Youtube, How to use Blogger, Easy Podcasting and many more.
This is a great free alternative to Lynda.com. I started watching the Easy Podcasting Video, which you can see the snapshot of below.
