Xtranormal Makes Creating a Movie Fun and Easy

Have you ever wanted to write a movie script, but lack the know-how, skills or resources? Well, xtranormal has a very fun new site. You pick the background music, sounds, characters, background and then start writing short scripts. Within the scripts, you can insert animations (i.e. dance moves), change camera angles, facial expressions, etc.

Here is the movie I started making. In the image below, I’ve already chosen my character and background, but still have my backgrounds pulled up on the left side. I’m currently in the process of “Designing the Scene.”

Now that I have chosen my character, background and music, I clicked apply and now it’s time to write my script. In the image below, I wrote a few paragraphs and added animations, pauses, facial expressions, etc by simply dragging the icon into the script, then chose the particular type I wanted from the selection.

Once I was ready to proceed, I clicked on “Action.” It takes a moment to complete, but once it finishes shooting your movie, you can watch the clip you just made. If you want to make changes, its pretty simple. You just make your changes then hit the “Action” button again. If you are happy with your creation, just click “It’s A Wrap.” You’ll then be able to save it and share.
